1：設備啟動前在控制柜觸屏上要確定與之相對應的設備按鍵。

2；循環(huán)水泵開啟后，應觀察水泵是否上水，壓力表正常穩(wěn)定。

3：各設備啟動后，注意機器聲音、電流、振動情況、溫度、螺絲是否松動。

4：每天按時用手持式檢測儀測生物脫硫后H2S三--四次。

1：每天將系統(tǒng)內冷凝水排水閥放空。
1: Vent the condensate drain valve in the system every day.
2：嚴格執(zhí)行交接班制度，并做好設備安全運行記錄、各項指標參數(shù)記錄。
2: Strictly implement the shift handover system, and make records of the safe operation of the equipment and various indicators and parameters.
3：定期對設備除塵，潤滑，防銹（一個月一次），保持環(huán)境干潔。
3: Regularly dust, lubricate and rust the equipment (once a month) to keep the environment dry and clean.
4：每天往洗氣水箱注水15分鐘，達到臟水置換作用，一個月整體換一次水。
