關(guān)于大型沼氣工程的啟動調(diào)試應(yīng)在工程竣工驗收合格后進行，同時還應(yīng)做好下列的運行管理的基本要求：
The start-up and commissioning of large biogas projects shall be carried out after the completion acceptance of the project, and the following basic requirements for operation management shall also be met:
1、運行管理人員熟悉大型沼氣工程工藝、設(shè)施設(shè)備的運行要求和技術(shù)指標；
1. The operation management personnel are familiar with the operation requirements and technical indicators of large-scale biogas engineering processes, facilities and equipment;
2、操作人員熟悉該位置設(shè)施設(shè)備的操作要求和技術(shù)指標，并了解沼氣工程工藝流程；

3、操作人員應(yīng)準時準確填寫操作記錄，運營管理人員應(yīng)定期檢查原始記錄；

4、運行管理人員和操作人員應(yīng)按照工藝和管理規(guī)定檢查結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)備、電器和儀表的操作。

大型沼氣工程管理要點：
Key management points of large-scale biogas project:
1、投料量和周期應(yīng)按工藝設(shè)計參數(shù)進行，并在實踐中摸索出參數(shù)；
1. The feeding amount and cycle shall be carried out according to the process design parameters, and the parameters shall be found out in practice;
2、維持相對穩(wěn)定的厭氧消化溫度；
2. Maintain relatively stable anaerobic digestion temperature;
3、厭氧消化器的攪拌根據(jù)工藝要求進行。采用沼氣攪拌的，在啟動期間或產(chǎn)氣量不足時，應(yīng)輔以機械或泵等其它方式攪拌；
3. The anaerobic digester shall be stirred according to the process requirements. If biogas is used for mixing, it shall be mixed by machinery or pump or other means during startup or when the gas production is insufficient;
4、厭氧消化器的攪拌不得與排泥同時進行；

5、宜每日監(jiān)測：pH值、揮發(fā)酸、總堿度、溫度、氣壓、產(chǎn)氣量和沼氣成分等指標，掌握厭氧消化池運行工況，并根據(jù)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)及時調(diào)整大型沼氣工程運行方案或采取相應(yīng)措施。
5. It is advisable to monitor indicators such as pH value, volatile acid, total alkalinity, temperature, air pressure, gas production and biogas composition every day, master the operating conditions of anaerobic digester, and timely adjust the operation scheme of large biogas projects or take corresponding measures according to the monitoring data.
